Meet our Admin Team

Brooke LeVecchi is proud to serve as the founding principal of Woodbridge Elementary School, bringing more than 25 years of experience in Prince William County Public Schools to the opportunity to build a new school community from the ground up.

Throughout her career in PWCS, Mrs. LeVecchi has served as an elementary classroom teacher, Instructional Technology Coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Her leadership is grounded in a belief that exceptional schools are created when high expectations, strong relationships, innovative thinking, and a genuine sense of belonging come together.

Prior to opening Woodbridge Elementary, Mrs. LeVecchi served as Principal of Neabsco Elementary School. During her leadership, the school demonstrated continued academic growth and was recognized by the Virginia Department of Education with the Continuous Improvement Award. Her work emphasized strengthening Tier I instruction, using data to guide teaching and intervention, expanding inclusive and co-teaching practices, developing teacher leadership, and ensuring that students were active participants in their own learning.

Mrs. LeVecchi is passionate about innovation and developing both students and educators as leaders and problem-solvers. She has worked to create meaningful opportunities for future educators through partnerships with George Mason University, Northern Virginia Community College, and Virginia Commonwealth University’s Resident Teacher Program, mentoring aspiring teachers and school leaders and helping strengthen the pipeline of educators entering the profession. She also contributes to leadership development within PWCS, including serving on the division’s LEADs committee, which supports the identification and development of future school administrators.

A lifelong learner herself, Mrs. LeVecchi has participated in advanced leadership development opportunities, including the University of Virginia’s S.C.O.P.E. 16 leadership program, and is a member of the Virginia Association of Elementary School Principals.

As founding principal, Mrs. LeVecchi has helped shape Woodbridge Elementary around Design Thinking and Inclusive Practices, creating a school where students are encouraged to ask questions, empathize with others, explore ideas, solve authentic problems, take productive risks, and learn from the process. She believes student voice and ownership are essential and that every child deserves access to rigorous learning experiences, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to discover their strengths.

Just as important is creating a school where people feel they belong. Mrs. LeVecchi believes families are essential partners, staff members should feel valued and empowered to lead, and schools should be deeply connected to the communities they serve.

The Phoenix represents the spirit Mrs. LeVecchi hopes every student and staff member experiences at Woodbridge—resilience, growth, creativity, renewal, and the courage to rise to new challenges.

For Mrs. LeVecchi, opening Woodbridge Elementary is about much more than opening the doors of a new building. It is an opportunity to establish traditions, develop future leaders, create lasting community partnerships, and build a school culture that will serve generations of students and families.

Hello, Woodbridge Elementary families!

My name is Mrs. Hill, and I am incredibly honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Woodbridge Elementary. This is my 13th year with Prince William County Public Schools, and I am excited to begin this new chapter as part of the team opening this incredible new school.

Before stepping into administration, I served as a Special Education teacher and most recently as an Administrative Intern. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting students, empowering teachers, and building strong partnerships with families.

When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and our two dogs, and you’ll often find me cheering on Penn State football during football season!

I am thrilled to be part of the Woodbridge Elementary family from the very beginning and look forward to getting to know our students, staff, and families. Together, we will build a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring school community where every child can rise!

I am honored and excited to serve as the Administrative Intern at Woodbridge Elementary School. With more than 22 years of experience in education and educational leadership, I have dedicated my career to supporting students, families, and educators in creating learning environments where all children can succeed. My educational journey has included serving as a teacher, MTSS Coach, Adult Education Instructor, Curriculum Focus Group member, Summer School Principal and Assistant Principal, and Administrative Intern. These diverse experiences have strengthened my commitment to educational excellence, continuous growth, and ensuring every student has access to meaningful learning opportunities.

At the heart of my work is a steadfast belief that all students are capable of learning at high levels. I am passionate about helping students discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to achieve success both in school and beyond.

As we open the doors of the new Woodbridge Elementary School, I am excited to partner with our students, families, staff, and community to ensure every child develops the knowledge, skills, and habits of mind necessary to create a thriving future for themselves and their community. Together, we will cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment where students are inspired to learn, empowered to grow, and encouraged to contribute positively to the world around them.
